We worked closely on proposals and business development for Diamond Schmitt's interiors team — sales strategy, fee development, and pitch and presentation work. Alongside the partners, we set the market strategy for a newly formed team and figured out how to give them a real competitive edge: running as a boutique practice inside a larger, well-established name.
That meant setting a new tone of voice for the boutique interiors team distinct from the firm at large, while developing the proposals that mattered — major submissions, client acquisition, and the procurement of strategic partners for project pursuits.
