We were engaged in assessing a marketing initiative for a seasonal pop-up for a well-known Canadian brand, working closely with the fabrication partner to nail down scope, feasibility, and constructibility of the design and vision from the outset. With a strict budget and the guest experience both non-negotiable, we didn't stop at an overview estimate — we worked hand in hand with the team to find where the real value was, ran value engineering to get there, and kept the whole effort pointed at the client's actual KPIs for the initiative.
The pop-up itself brought one of Canada's most iconic brands into one of the country's most iconic malls: a first-ever holiday retail experience at the CF Toronto Eaton Centre, built as a physical extension of a merch line that had already found its footing online. Limited-edition sweaters, festive pajamas, and giftable, unmistakably Canadian souvenirs, alongside an interactive plushie experience just steps away — the kind of seasonal activation where the retail moment has to hit as hard as the brand it's carrying.
